Hemp Seeds

Hemp is one of the earliest known plants to be cultivated by humans, with a recorded history of over 12,000 years, and has since been grown all around the world for food. Though it may be just a small seed, hemp offers a huge nutritional content. Hemp seeds are naturally a complete high quality protein source: they contain all of the essential amino acids, are highly digestible, and are one of the highest sources of complete protein of all plant-based foods.

The most widely used part of cinnamon can be attributed to its antibacterial, anti-fungal, anti-microbial, astringent and anti-clotting properties.

-Cinnamon has been found to be effective in fighting vaginal yeast infections, oral yeast infections, stomach ulcers and head lice.
-Cinnamon is rich in essential minerals such as manganese, iron and calcium.

Apple Cider Vinegar
One of my all time favorite go to remedies..

-has been used as an alternative medicine for hundreds of years.
-has been used to cleanse and heal the body of many ailments.
-anti-bacterial, antiseptic, anti-viral, and anti-fungal which makes this supplement a must have in your home.
-contains over 90 different nutrients, including potassium, calcium, magnesium, chlorine, copper, iron, fluorine and sodium.
-contains two ketones, various trace minerals, amino acids, and fiber from apple pectin.
-has a lot of vitamin C and some amounts of vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and E.

One of the best home remedies to treat a yeast infection is Apple Cider Vinegar. Add 1 and a half cups of ACV into a bathtub filled with warm water, and then soak in it for about 20 minutes. This should be done once a day for the first 3 days of the infection.

HOW MUCH SHOULD YOU DRINK HOW TO PREPARE.?

Start off with 1 tbsp in 16 ounces purified water before meals and gradually go up to 2 tbsp per 16 ounces. You can use it in salads dressings, use it in your water while you train, its excellent for fast recovery.

WHAT TYPE OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR SHOULD I USE?
Only use raw organic ACV has the ‘mother’ of the vinegar. The ‘mother’ is made up of strand-like enzymes of connected protein molecules with living nutrients and bacteria.

My favorite brand and the one I recommend is “Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar”.
