ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Maria - The writer of this space.

I am a mother, daughter, sister, friend, and lover of life who lives with "My Little Taste Tester" in the colorful city of Ottawa, Canada.

I love anything to do with food. My favorite foods are dark leafy greens (think kale, collard greens, swiss chard), fruit (bananas, avocados, mango, and young coconuts are my favorite), and chocolate (especially dark chocolate). "My Little Taste Tester" says his favorite foods are chocolate mousse and pizza.

Our bodies are just like anyone else's: good nourishment helps them thrive. Our souls needs catering to as well. What I choose to feed myself and "My Little Taste Tester" with and how I choose to nourish our hearts and souls makes a huge difference in the way life plays out.

This beautiful place will serve as a space where I can feed myself and "My Little Taste Tester" physically as well as spiritually, where we can learn to love our body, what we put in it, and how to take care of our inner needs.

You’ll find encouragement, love, guidance and a few laughs thrown in for good measure.

It’ll be like a big, ongoing dinner party, with you as the special guest.
